Return and Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at bySze.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item within 3 days of receiving for exchange and verification purposes.

We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unaltered, and with packaging intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, refund will be issued instead.

We will not accept returns if you purchase our product from an unauthorised third party, or for products not in their original condition.

Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be paid by us only if we sent the wrong item.

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns.
